با نزدیک شدن به روزهای پایانی سال و فرارسیدن‌ نوروز طبیعت گردان در تدارک برنامه ریزی سفرهای طولانی نوروزی خواهند بود. سفرهایی عمدتا به مقاصدبکرو کمتر دستخورده طبیعت #ایران.
همواره بایددر برنامه ریزی این سفرها برای خرید ملزومات، آذوقه و تجهیزات مورد نیاز اصول اصلی #اکوتوریسم رادرنظر داشته باشیم. به عنوان مثال با جایگزین کردن بطریهای کوچک آب با ظروف بزرگتر بیست لیتری و غیر یکبار مصرف و استفاده از لیوان و قمقمه شخصی تولید زباله پلاستیکی در سفر را به حداقل رساند. یا با انتخاب هوشمندانه خوراکیها محصولاتی را تهیه کنیم که میزان پلاستیک کمتری در بسته بندی آنها استفاده شده، یک شیشه قهوه فوری را با همان میزان قهوه یک نفره با بسته بندی پلاستیکی را مقایسه کنید یا یک ظرف پنیر بزرگ را با تعداد زیادی پنیر یک نفره کوچک.
این وسواس و هوشمندی را در انتخاب مسیر و محل برپایی کمپ و تک تک جزییات سفر باید به کار بست چون همه ما درقبال محیط زیست و #زمین مسؤل هستیم.

گل گاوزبان ایرانی (Echium amoenum)
گل گاو زبان (از سرده Echium)، (به عربی لسان الثور) در دامنه کوه‌های البرز می‌روید و با گیاه گاوزبان (از سرده Borage) (به عربی مرماخوز) که در اصفهان و آذربایجان و شهرهای دیگر ایران و کشورهای دیگر می‌روید و به غلط به گل گاوزبان مشهور شده‌است، متفاوت است. هر دو گیاه از تیره گاوزبانیان هستند ولی از نظر تیره با هم متفاوت‌اند. برای اینکه این اشتباه که حدود چند سده است پزشکان و دارو سازان را گمراه کرده‌است، از بین برود می‌توان Echium را گل گاوزبان ایرانی و Borage را گیاه گاوزبان اروپایی نامید. این دو گیاه متفاوت هستند، تنها گل‌هایشان کمی به هم شبیه است.
این گیاه که در دامنه‌های البرز، قسمت‌هایی از چهارمحال و بختیاری و دامنه‌های جنوبی زاگرس دیده میشود تا کنون اهلی نشده و قابل کشت با دخالت انسان نگشته است.
از یک دمنوش آرام بخش عصرگاهی تا داروی مننژیت و مالیخولیا و برسام و جنون و حواس پرتی از آن استفاده می‌شود. از دیگر خواص گل گاوزبان این است که، جویدن برگ تازه گل گاوزبان جهت درمان جوش‌های چرکی دهان اطفال، برفک، سستی بیخ دندان و رفع حرارت دهان نافع است.

دریاچه لیپار که به دریاچه صورتی ایران مشهور شده یکی از چند دریاچه صورتی کشور است. این دریاچه در بیست کیلومتری شهر #چابهار در همسایگی آبهای اقیانوس هند قرار دارد.
دلیل رنگ صورتی #لیپار وجود میکروارگانیسم هایی است که در تماس با آفتاب مواد کاروتنوییدی می‌سازند. بتاکاروتن تولید شده در تماس با جلبک‌های دریایی این منطقه آنها را به رنگ صورتی درمی‌آورد. جالب است بدانید که #بتاکاروتن همان ماده‌ای است که باعث ایجاد رنگ نارنجی هویج می‌گردد.
در دریاچه های صورتی معمولا میتوان شنا کرد ولی به هیچ عنوان نباید از آن نوشید.
استخراج نمک از این دریاچه محل درآمدی است برای بومیان این منطقه که البته پایداری این برداشت متاسفانه توسط استخراج کنندگان در نظر گرفته نشده است.
از دریاچه‌های صورتی دیگر در ایران میتوان به دریاچه مهارلو شیراز که متأسفانه به شدت تحت تأثیر خشکسالی های پیاپی قرارگرفته و دریاچه گل‌فشان نفتلیجه در اطراف گمیش تپه در استان گلستان اشاره کرد.
البته در سالهای اخیر بخیر به علت تغییرات اقلیمی و میکروارگانیسمی و تکثیر آغازیان و پدیده کشند سرخ در دریاچه نمک قم و دریاچه ارومیه نیز میتوان در برخی فصول این رنگهای صورتی را دید.
دریاچه های رنگی در تمام دنیا یکی از مقاصد پرطرفدار اکوتوریستی به شمار می‌آیند و کشور ما نیز از داشتن بسیاری از این دریاچه های رنگی بهره‌مند است و حفظ و #حفاظت از آنها به عهده تک تک ماست.
