We are excited to let you know that Abu Dhabi has launched a new visa counter at Abu Dhabi Airport, to facilitate the visa application process and grant both transit and arriving passengers visas to Abu Dhabi within 15 to 30 minutes.

The new service, located at the Terminal 3 transit area, includes activation of the new four-day, or 96-hour, transit visa for all nationalities travelling through Abu Dhabi International Airport.

The visa counter will issue several types of mission and tourist visas available to travellers who do not fall under the current visa upon arrival scheme.

Priced at AED 300, the new 96 hour transit visa can be used by passengers with planned trips from Abu Dhabi, or with intermediate flights through Abu Dhabi en route to their destination if their layover exceeds four hours. The transit visa can be applied for both at the new visa counter on arrival, or through the soon to be launched online designated portal, provided passengers meet the application criteria. Travellers can also request to change their transit visa to a tourist visa at the airport if they are planning to extend their stay in the capital.

Visitor passports should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months.

Dear All,

As a result of the current Mount Agung volcano eruption, below is Malindo Air travel advisory into and out of Denpasar (DPS).

Any guest holding a valid Malindo Air (816) ticket to and from Denpasar, Indonesia issued on/before 27 November 2017 and travelling to and from Denpasar from 27th November till the 31stDecember 2017 are given the following options:
1. Changes to travel date (for the same destination)
§ One (1) free change allowed to defer the travel date until 28th February 2018, subject the seat availability
§ Both change fee and fare difference will be waived
§ All changes must be made prior to the original ticketed departure
§ All details of the original ticket are to be shown on the new ticket including fare basis and fare calculation

2. Re-route to a different destination
§ One (1) change allowed to re-route travel on Malindo Air network to any of the operating destination.
§ Valid for travel date from 27th November 2017 until 11th December 2017, subject the seat availability.
§ Change fee is waived but fare difference will be applicable (subject to the ticket terms and conditions)
§ Ground transportation cost between DPS and the alternate cities should be borne by the passengers (in case rerouting to CGK/BDO/KNO)
§ All changes must be made prior to the original ticketed departure
§ All details of the original ticket are to be shown on the new ticket including fare basis and fare calculation

Refund is permitted subject to ticket terms and conditions.
