Delta Ports Mormugao Terminal Private Limited proudly hosted Trade Meet 2025 on 21st August 2025 at Novotel Panjim, Goa, under the theme:

in association with Mormugao Port Authority and Goa Industrial Development Corporation.

In a remarkable feat of efficiency and operational excellence, Delta Ports and Mormugao Terminal Private Ltd, Goa has achieved an all-time loading record of 30,581 MT of Iron Ore Pellets in the last 24 hours onto MV Vishva Chetna (IMO No. 9603893) at Berth No. X, Mormugao Port, Goa.
The vessel was berthed on June 16th (PM Hours) and is set to load a total of 67,500 MT of Iron Ore Pellets for MRPPL, reinforcing our commitment to streamlined logistics and top-tier performance.This milestone stands as a testament to our dedication, efficiency, and industry-leading capabilities, further strengthening Mormugao’s position as a premier port for iron ore exports. A huge congratulations to the entire team for making this achievement possible!

Strengthening Goa’s Container Trade: A Productive Dialogue with Seafood Exporters

On March 19, 2025, Delta Ports Mormugao Terminal Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with Mormugao Port Authority Goa (MPA), hosted a highly productive meeting with Goa’s seafood exporters at the MPA office to explore the potential of container trade. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with exporters eager to leverage containerized solutions for enhanced efficiency and global market access.

The meeting was chaired by Dr. VinodKumar IPoS (Chairman, MPA), Deputy Chairman MPA, Mr. Ahmed Mohiuddin (CEO, Delta Infralogistics (Worldwide) Limited), Mr. Shamil Ahmed (Director, Delta Infralogistics), Mr. Raghoba (VP, Delta Ports Mormugao Terminal Pvt Ltd), along with authorities from MPA and Mr. M. Ibrahim (President, The Seafood Exporters Association of India - Goa Region), representing the seafood exporters in the region.

Exporters expressed their appreciation to MPA and Delta Ports for deploying two state-of-the-art hybrid Liebherr Maritime Cranes, addressing major container handling challenges and mitigating the impact of feeder vessel withdrawals. Previously, exporters had to transport their containers via road to JNPT, Mumbai, and ICD Balli, facing logistical hurdles.

Delta Ports is now actively engaging with feeder operators to resume calls at Goa, ensuring seamless connectivity to key ports and global markets.
