📍 Dashrath Mahal, Ayodhya

Believed to be the royal palace of Dasharatha, this sacred place is where Lord Ram spent his childhood with his brothers Lakshmana, Bharata, and Shatrughna.

But this palace also witnessed one of the most emotional moments in the Ramayana.

It was here that Queen Kaikeyi asked King Dasharatha to fulfill his promise — a decision that led to Ram’s 14-year exile and changed the course of the epic forever.

Today, Dashrath Mahal stands not just as a temple, but as a reminder of the royal heritage and powerful stories that shaped Ayodhya.
