Al Hamra Tower

True to its name, building solutions company Everest Industries rose to a tall challenge when it was called upon to support the external cladding work at a height starting from 350 m at the Al Hamra Tower.
The India-based company supplied its 12-mm-thick heavy-duty boards for the parapet and dog house walls at the 414-m tower on which the finishing was done with 8-mm-thick trencadis panels. Everest’s multipurpose boards, in a thickness of 9 mm, were also used in internal applications for all the toilet walls at the tower, as a cementitious backer board, with the finishing done with stone tiles.
The submittal and sampling process started in August 2008 and the company completed its order in July 2011.
