This block diagram furtherly explains that for capturing of lightining strokes,lightining arrestors work in harmony with each arrestor having specific range in which it can attract the stroke towards it.This attracted stroke will then forward to transformer which will have three units namely input unit,processing unit and output unit.Input unit will channelise the attracted ultra high voltage and processing unit converts the natural form of electric power to suitable usable form of energy.Finally output unit will again transfer electricity to distribution lines or to thermal power stations for generating electricity there
