Today Feeling like cheated.
Tata motors selling vehicles on promise of being by side from start till end.
Got the vehicles with AMC as we were told Platinum AMC is must for bs6 vehicles and now when there is a breakdown feel like duped saying DPF (silencer in layman’s language isn’t covered in platinum AMC)
I wish no one else is cheated like this. A month ago the vehicles visits Giri Motors, bhiwandi, Tata authorised workshop for drop in pickup and performance and is sent Back after mere regeneration, saying everything is ok and now after a month they say they have to change the DPF parts and ask to approve the estimate of around 78k after waiting for almost a week since 27/3/26 at the workshop. Tata employees covering the dealer.
Even after using costly and genuineDEF , visiting workshop on every interval , going through auto regenerations they don’t find any excuse but to say sir this is not covered. If this was the answer we were waiting for then why would we buy the costly AMC.
