This will let them enjoy the journey, as that is what this road trip is all about. The tour also has flexible dates, so that participants have the option to choose accordingly. TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
Please note air/train fare in not included in participation fee. If any participant wants to buy their own air/train ticket, he/she has to be present on mention date and place of the program. Kindly note if you’re booking air tickets through us, please book your seat ASAP to avoid increase in air fare as fare may increase near to departure date. And actual increase in air fare will be borne by the participants. Participants should bring minimal possible luggage, which could be easily carried by the participants themselves. All participants have to take care of their valuables. The Package price does not include any kind of personal expenses like telephone calls, laundry, tips, personal sightseeing. Lunch, breakfast, snacks and dinner will be common for all as per prefixed menu, any participant wishes to eat anything other than the prefixed menu, has to bear the cost. The organizer has the right to change the program in case of contingencies & such decisions shall be obligatory on all members. Instructions given by organizer from time to time are to be followed by participant, more detailed instructions will be given at the time of program. Refund if any after registration due to cancellation or non-participation, will be send participant after deduction of cancellation fee.
