It’s been over 30 working days since our flight (20 Feb 2026) was cancelled by Kenya Airways due to airport closure, yet no refund has been processed.

Multiple follow-ups done, zero response. The India reservations team has been completely unresponsive.

This is unacceptable. Kindly process the refund ASAP or provide a clear update.
