Sinhagad Fort - is a hill fortress located at around 35 km southwest of the city of Pune, India. Some of the information available at this fort suggests that the fort could have been built 2000 years ago. The caves and the carvings in the Kaundinyeshwar temple stand as proofs for the same.

In Frame - Kadyavarcha Ganpati (Dapoli)
Dapoli taluka in Ratanagiri district is home to a historical fort named Suvarnadurg which is located at the mouth of the river Jog. Near the fort stands Anjarle seaport which is named after the scenic village it is in, which is 20Kms away from Dapoli. In the same village, stands the famous temple named Kadyavarcha Ganpati.
This temple is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Konkan. This place which once was extremely hard to reach is now easily accessible by a road which is adorned with natural diversity.

Suvarnadurg : सुवर्णदुर्ग  Golden Fort, also spelt Severndroog in English, a spelling sometimes also used for Savandurga . fort that is located between Mumbai and Goa on a small island in the Arabian Sea, near Harnai in Konkan, along the West Coast of India, in the Indian state of Maharashtra. The fort also includes another small land fort called the Kanakadurga at the base of headland of Harnai port on the coast. Building of the fort is credited to Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, founder of the Maratha Empire, in 1660. Subsequently, Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj other Peshwas and the Angres further fortified the forts for defence purposes.

Mandangad Fort - (also called Chitradurga Fort) is about 2 km from Mandangad town in Ratnagiri District, Maharashtra. This fort is said to be constructed by King Bhoj. After the Mughals lost the Battle of Umberkhind , This fort was captured by Shivaji in the battle with Adil Shah. A 400-year-old cannon is the major feature of the fort. The fort constitutes a Ganapati Temple and a tank called Thorla Talav.

Darya Ghat is a hidden gem and more specifically during the rainy seasons. This is along the route to Naneghat for most part, but ~15 kms before Naneghat from Junnar you will hit a Y junction which will take you to Darya Ghat around 12 Kms from the Y junction.
Coming to the trek, short and simple trek, for about 20-30 mins will take you very close to a set of waterfalls and believe me it is very beautiful...🥰

Shivneri Fort - is a 17th-century military fortification located near Junnar in Pune district in Maharashtra, India[1]. It is the birthplace of Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of Maratha Empire.🚩🚩
The nearest town Junnar is a taluka place and is well connected by road. Junnar is about 90 km from Pune. The fort is at about 2-3 km from the junnar town. It is easy to reach the fort top via main entrance, however the trekkers with proper climbing equipment can try the chain route which is located on the western scarp of the fort. From the top of the fort, Narayangad, Hadsar, Chavand and Nimgiri forts can easily be seen.
