✈ Ural Airlines cancels a number of international flights
Due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation in the world, the introduction of a ban by the Russian authorities on air transportation to Italy, Spain, Germany, France, as well as restrictions on entry from the state of Israel and India, Ural Airlines temporarily suspends the following flights:

Ural Airlines invites passengers of canceled flights to make an involuntary return without fines and deductions. To apply for a refund, you must contact the place of purchase of tickets.
Procedure for issuing a ticket refund in case of flight cancellation
1. When purchasing on the airline’s website, in a mobile application or through the passenger support service:
1. Fill out an application for a refund by calling the passenger support service 8-800-7700-262, after listening to the voice menu, press 5, then press 1.
2. Fill out a request for a refund.
2. When purchasing tickets at the airline’s ticket office:
Contact the ticket office at the place of purchase, money is returned only at the ticket office where the tickets were paid.
When contacting the cashier, you must have:
• a check if it is in the hands of a passenger;
• passport;
• if the return is carried out by proxy: a notarized power of attorney to submit an application for a refund of the cost of the ticket in connection with the refusal of transportation.
3. When buying airline tickets on the websites and ticket offices of airline sales agencies:
The return of a ticket paid on the websites and ticket offices of air transportation agencies is carried out by the agencies that issued the transportation.
You must contact the agent who issued the ticket at the place of purchase.
