🗣️ Sambad Ki Shakti – Building Stronger Teams Through Communication. Training Seminar at TCPL Masat & Dapada

At TCPL, we continue to invest in building stronger, more connected teams through meaningful learning initiatives. We recently conducted a 7-hour training session at our Masat plant, followed by another at Dapada the next day. Led by Ms. Bindu Cherungath, the workshop “Sambad Ki Shakti – The Power of Communication” engaged 35 employees, including operatives and technicians. The session featured interactive activities, real-life examples, and group discussions that helped participants strengthen essential workplace communication skills.

Some of the takeaways were “Active Listening - Better understanding of instructions and safety norms”, “Body Language & Tone - Positive and cooperative team environment”, “Empathetic Communication - Improved coordination and mutual respect”. TCPL remains committed to nurturing capable, confident teams through continuous learning and development.

Glad to be back at in Vegas this week 🇺🇸

It was a privilege to host a booth at one of the world’s largest packaging gatherings — connecting with clients, partners, and industry colleagues from across the globe.

Even with today’s macro challenges, tariffs, and the push for localization in the US, optimism remains strong. Our US clients — and we in India — are confident that trade synergies will deepen and a favorable deal will be worked out 🌍

Walking around the US market, the scale of consumerism is unmistakable — and with it, the immense potential for innovative, sustainable packaging solutions.

“Sanitation is more important than independence.” – Mahatma Gandhi

At TCPL, 🌿we believe that true progress begins with health and hygiene! On 28th August 2025, as part of our CSR initiative and in partnership with Suraksha Charitable Trust, we inaugurated a new toilet block at Lampara Anchalik High School (Assam). 💫🙏This contribution will play a crucial role in improving health, hygiene, and sanitation facilities for students and staff. On this occasion, a short lecture was also delivered to spread awareness about the importance of proper hygiene practices.

The school authorities and students expressed their heartfelt gratitude, 🤝 and we at TCPL remain committed to supporting community development and creating meaningful social impact.

This architectural marvel 🏛️📖 has been beautifully featured in World Architects magazine, under World Building of the Week, showcasing its elegance and significance. Founded in 1984 by Urmila Kanoria, wife of our Promoter and Chairman, Shri Kailash Kanoria, the Kanoria Centre for Arts continues to be a beacon of artistic excellence.

🌿 🩺 Empowering Communities Through Health & Care

We are proud to share the successful organization of a Free Medical Health Camp on 8th June 2025 at Community Center, Novadanagar, Haridwar, under the CSR initiative of TCPL Foundation, in collaboration with Smile Foundation, Mumbai. Inaugurated by Councillor - Mr. Deepak Nautiyal and MLA- Mr. Adesh Chauhan, the camp served 428 beneficiaries with consultations by general physicians, gynecologists, dentists and eye specialists!

💊Free medicines were distributed, and 190 eyeglasses were provided to those in need. 🌱 A tree plantation drive was also carried out, reinforcing our commitment to holistic community development.
