About us, Fashion District New Delhi: Sai group in 2004 started Sai Textile complex in New Delhi. Chicago Design District and New York Fashion Districts were the inspiration. In 2001 the group opened the first store for garment accessories in Lane #11 Govind Puri. The lane in now called Zip Button Lane and now has over fifty shops selling garment trims.

Govind Puri is the Garment District of New Delhi if not India’s. Numerous shops like, sewing machine, zippers, lace, buttons, thread cater to the needs of Garment exporters in the NCR region.

Sai Textile Complex has supported young designers from fashion institutes to develop their creations for over three decades. It offers one stop solution, i.e.
