The 22587 UP Amrit Bharat Express is a superfast, non-AC train that connects Sealdah in Kolkata to the holy city of Banaras.
Operating with advanced push-pull locomotive technology, it offers an affordable and highly efficient journey with modern sleeper and general class amenities.
The train runs three days a week, comfortably covering a distance of approximately 770 kilometers in just under 12 hours.

ভারতীয় রেলওয়ে আইন, ১৯৮৯-এর ১৫৬ নম্বর ধারা (Section 156 of the Railways Act, 1989) অনুযায়ি, ট্রেনের ছাদ, পাদানি (ফুটবোর্ড), ইঞ্জিন বা যাত্রীদের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট নয় এমন যেকোনো অংশে ভ্রমণ করা সম্পূর্ণ বেআইনি। এই অপরাধের শাস্তি হিসেবে সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তির সর্বোচ্চ তিন মাস পর্যন্ত কারাদণ্ড, ৫০০ টাকা পর্যন্ত জরিমানা, অথবা উভয় দণ্ডই হতে পারে।
