🏆 Heavy Lift Awards 2026 Shortlist | Innovation Award

Innovation begins where conventional infrastructure reaches its limits.

As part of our Heavy Lift Awards 2026 shortlist journey, Prism Logistics is proud to be recognised in the Innovation Award category for an engineering solution that transformed one of the most critical challenges in project logistics.

For a complex project movement, Prism engineered and constructed three modular steel bridges, each designed to carry loads of 2,000+ MT.

Unlike conventional bridge infrastructure requiring extensive civil construction, these modular structures were designed as rapidly deployable, plug-and-play solutions that can be mobilised, assembled and implemented with significantly reduced site intervention.

The result was far more than additional load-bearing infrastructure.

By creating a direct route, the solution eliminated the requirement for extensive bypass construction and longer alternative routes, helping reduce project timelines while avoiding millions in additional civil infrastructure costs.

The modular approach also minimised disturbance to the surrounding environment, demonstrating how engineering innovation can deliver operational efficiency without compromising sustainability.

With high load capacity, rapid deployment, reduced civil dependency and global adaptability, the modular bridge system represents Prism Logistics’ approach to solving complex logistics challenges through engineering.

The inauguration of HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL)** by Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji marks a significant step towards Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat.

We are honoured to have contributed to one of India's largest energy infrastructure projects by delivering a complex multimodal logistics operation that demanded precision, innovation, and flawless ex*****on.

Project Highlights:
✅ 34 Super Over Dimension Cargoes (13,000+ MT)
✅ 1,200+ km transported by road
✅ 2,100+ nautical miles by sea
✅ Completed within 364 days
✅ 50+ bypasses constructed
✅ Two bridges over flowing water & one bridge over a canal
✅ 50+ railway shutdowns successfully executed

This project wasn't just about transporting heavy cargo—it was about helping build infrastructure that will strengthen India's energy security and support future generations.

Some cargo movements demand far more than lifting capacity—they require engineering precision, seamless coordination, and flawless ex*****on at every stage. Prism Logistics recently completed the successful discharge and transportation of oversized piles from an extra-large vessel, including piles exceeding 75+ meters in length. The operation began with receiving and unloading the piles directly from the vessel, followed by the strategic placement of 104 hydraulic axle lines of Self-Propelled Modular Transporters (SPMTs) under hook to facilitate a safe and efficient load transfer.

Handling cargo of this scale requires more than equipment—it demands meticulous planning, detailed route engineering, and uncompromising safety standards. Every movement was engineered to minimize risk, maximize efficiency, and deliver seamless project ex*****on.
