Pedong is a small village in Kalimpong district. An ideal place for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Only softness in the dense shade of oak, pine, birch trees. Check out Kanchenjunga, Kabru, Pandim from Pedong. The Teesta flows through the gorges of the mountains. The peaceful spread of tea gardens all around. Mountains, forests, rivers - all together the whole nature is Pedong. The quiet little mountain village is still largely unknown. Siliguri is located at a distance of 86'km from NJP and at an altitude of about 5000'feet, three to four hours drive. Located on the border of Sikkim, this small town of North Bengal belongs to Kalimpong district. From Kalimpong, you have to go to Pedong. Pedong is full of unique experiences that drive us back to the mountains again and again. Being an offbeat destination, no grand hotels have been built here. Jhapi is a small unknown village in Darjeeling district. But this jump is only 35 km away from Darjeeling. It can be a wonderful destination for your two-day vacation. You will love the beauty and hospitality of the newly built farm house here. The weather here is also wonderful. This farm house is located on the rice paddy fields on the hills. Everywhere you look, there are hills surrounded by greenery and paddy fields. And a river flows continuously through the village. Where you can spend the whole day with your family.

Post-15 at 20 Km from Kalimpong, Kagey (or Kagay কাগে) is a small village surrounded by lash green landscape and snow-capped mountains. The panoramic view of Mt. Kanchenjunga, multiple short trek and hiking routes, a nearby waterfall, and hospitality of the local residents make Kagey a special destination. It is located at the foothills of so-called “Old Silk Route” near Pedong.

Nearby attraction includes Okhlay (5km ride) – a shivalaya mandir is built above the rock on water; Musleri Dara (2 Km) – a silent valley for buddhist meditation; Mukti Falls (2 km) – the last falls of River Kagay where it mixes to River Mudung; Tam Falls (9 Km) – the highest falls of River Kagay. Hikers can go to the Celtic Hidden Cross in the forest of Benda, 4 Km drive, then 3 Km walk from Kagey. Dhami Falls, just 15 min hike from Kagey, should not be missed if you are staying here.

The family run homestay at Kagey is nicely built, small and clean stay for nature loving travelers. The rooms are attached with western baths. Local variety of foods are served from the house kitchen.

Bijanbari is a small township near east of Darjeeling, in West Bengal, placed at an altitude of 2500ft, is a valley. It has very pleasant weather, the temperature remains almost 5 degrees less than Kolkata.

A very beautiful valley surrounded by waterfalls, tea gardens, and mountain peaks. Bijanbari Hydel power plant is the lifeline of Darjeeling. The main occupation of the people here is farming. Cabbages, cardamom, beans, squash. Tomatoes, oranges and other vegetables and fruits are produced in the valley.

You can plan your vacation in a manner so that they can stay at Bijanbari, which no doubt the best place to stay in Bijanbari. It’s a paradise for bird watching. A number of birds of different species keep on chirping in the valley. It’s very nice to hear the chirping and watching them.

Lovely food is prepared from the organic vegetables of our organic farm. Room service is an available round clock, the day & night.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
The swimming pool in the resort is a big pleasure for the kids and adults. You can spend hours. The Chota Rangit River is flowing just beside the cottage. You can enjoy the view the cool breeze, which will give you complete peace of mind. Take a bath in the stream or even go out for fishing in it.

You can seat in the lawn in front of the cottage, can spend your time leisurely with your books with a hot cup of coffee. The resort will arrange a barbecue and bonfire for you if you want with an extra charge. You can go to an organic farm to have a look at how farming is going on in the valley. Or drive there farming sweet blue car for fun. It’s really an experience.

Mirik
Bunkulung is just 48 km from Siliguri of North Bengal and approx. It takes around 1.5 hours to reach Bunkulung from Siliguri via Siliguri-Mirik road. Travelers can reach also Bungkulung from Bagdogra airport ( 55 km) by car. This is an ideal Himalayan village surrounded by hills and rivers.
