1. What is "Jio-Xiaomi Cashback Offer"?
The "Jio-Xiaomi Cashback Offer" offer entitles all existing and new Jio subscriber to a cashback of Rs. 1000/- after 13 consecutive successful recharges of Rs. 199/- which are performed on Xiaomi Redmi 5A handset.
Rs.1000 cashback will be in the form of 10 vouchers of Rs.100/- each which can be redeemed, one at a time, against Jio recharges of Rs. 309 or above plans or against Rs. 201 or above data add-ons, via MyJio app only.
2. How long is the "Jio-Xiaomi Cashback Offer" valid for?
The "Jio-Xiaomi Cashback Offer" offer is valid for all Xiaomi Redmi 5A purchased between 7th December, 2017 and 30th November 2018.
Note: The offer is only applicable for Indian version of Xiaomi Redmi 5A.
3. What will be the benefits of Rs.199/- Jio plan?
The Rs.199 plan would only work in Xiaomi Redmi 5A device and would entitle user to:
1. Free Voice
2. Unlimited data (1GB daily at high speed, thereafter at lower speed)
3. Unlimited SMS
4. Jio Apps subscriptions

4. How and when will I get the cashback under the "Jio-Xiaomi Cashback Offer"?
You will get 10 vouchers for Rs. 100/- each, through MyJio application upon 13 consecutive successful recharges of Rs. 199/- on the same Jio Number used for making 13 recharges. The recharges should be performed on Xiaomi Redmi 5A device only. Consecutive recharges means that the 13 recharges of Rs. 199/- prepaid plan should be availed continuously and without any break between such recharges, in the provision of RJIL services, on account of failure to perform recharge.
5. How can I redeem the cashback vouchers under the "Jio-Xiaomi Cashback Offer"?
Cashback vouchers can be redeemed, one at a time, against Jio recharges of Rs. 309/- or above plans or against Rs. 201/- or above data add-ons, via MyJio app only.
6. Can the cashback voucher, under the "Jio-Xiaomi Cashback Offer", be transferred to any other Jio number?
No, the cashback voucher is non-transferable.
7. Will the "Jio-Xiaomi Cashback Offer" offer be available, if I purchase Xiaomi Redmi 5A device from ecommerce sites?
Yes, "Jio-Xiaomi Cashback Offer" is available for Xiaomi Redmi 5A device purchased from stores as well as ecommerce sites in India during the offer period.
8. Where can I get a new Jio SIM to avail the "Jio-Xiaomi Cashback Offer"?

9. Is the "Jio-Xiaomi Cashback Offer" applicable to existing Jio subscriber as well?
Yes, the offer is applicable to both existing as well as new Jio subscribers.
10. Can I avail any other offer along with the "Jio-Xiaomi Cashback Offer"?
No, this offer cannot be clubbed together with any other Jio Offer.
11. How will I get to know if the cashback voucher, under the "Jio-Xiaomi Cashback Offer", has been credited to my account? And where can I view the voucher?
You will be notified via appropriate means when the cashback vouchers have been credited to your account. You can view the cashback voucher under the "My Vouchers" section in MyJio app.
12. What is validity of cashback voucher?
The cashback vouchers are valid till 30th November, 2020.
13. Is the offer applicable on both the variants of Redmi 5A?
Yes, it is applicable on both the variants of Redmi 5A.
