Ibus

Ibus iBus is Indore's new BRT system that has been commissioned for passenger operations since May 2013.

The iBus corridor is currently 11.5 km long, and will run along AB road from Niranjanpur to Rajiv Gandhi Sq. The system would be run with a brand new fleet of 50 high-floor AC buses, with numerous safety and passenger convenience features such as monocoque construction, real time audio-visual information systems, and bucket seats. Other features of the system include modern stations with automatic

fare collection, passenger information systems, level boarding and intelligent traffic signals. The iBus system will be operated by AICTSL, an SPV formed to operate and manage public transport services in the city of Indore.
