#नैनीताल हल्द्वानी में रिंग रोड का बनना तय!

हल्द्वानी में रिंग रोड बनने की बात अब सच होते दिख रही है । शासन रिंग रोड को दो चरणों पर करने में विचार कर रहा है। पीडब्ल्यूडी ने काठगोदाम से वाया कठघरिया होते हुए लामाचौड़ तक रिंग रोड बनाने का प्रस्ताव शासन को भेज दिया है। यह सड़क 16.73 किलोमीटर लंबी है। इस सड़क पर 792.42 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होना है। लोनिवि ने शासन से जमीन अधिग्रहण के लिए बजट मांगा है।

शहर पर लगातार यातायात दबाव बढ़ रहा है। इसे देखते हुए 51 किलोमीटर रिंग रोड का प्रस्ताव बनाया गया। इस रिंग रोड को चार सेक्टर में बांटा गया। इनमें से दो सेक्टर पर एनएचएआई काम कर रहा है। लोक निर्माण विभाग के पास काठगोदाम से कठघरिया होते हुए लामाचौड़ और लामाचौड़ से जंगल किनारे-किनारे होते हुए गन्ना सेंटर रामपुर रोड तक का काम है।
अब लोनिवि सेक्टर चार काठगोदाम से कठघरिया होते हुए लामाचौड़ तक रिंग रोड बनाने पर विचार कर रहा है। लोनिवि ने शासन को काठगोदाम से कठघरिया होते हुए लामाचौड़ 16.73 किलोमीटर लंबी सड़क के लिए 792.42 करोड़ रुपये का प्रस्ताव भेजा है।

दूसरे चरण में लामाचौड़ से फुटकुआं तक बनेगी सड़क
दूसरे चरण में सेक्टर एक में रखे गए लामाचौड़ से फुटकुआं के बीच रिंग रोड बनाने की योजना है। करीब 11.13 किलोमीटर लंबी सड़क पर काम किया जाएगा। इसमें 22.36 हेक्टेयर वनभूमि, 27.17 हेक्टेयर कृषि भूमि और 2.66 हेक्टेयर निजी भूमि आ रही है। इस सेक्टर में 275 पेड़, 143 बिजली के पोल, 7 टेलीफोन पोल, 3 स्ट्रीट लाइन, 7 ट्रांसफार्मर को हटाया जाएगा। इस सड़क को बनाने में करीब 415.24 करोड़ रुपये के खर्च का अनुमान है, जिसका प्रस्ताव लोनिवि ने तैयार किया है।
बृहस्पतिवार को शासन से रिंग रोड को लेकर समीक्षा बैठक हुई थी। लोनिवि सचिव ने सबसे महत्वपूर्ण सेक्टर के लिए प्रस्ताव भेजने को कहा था। शुक्रवार को शासन को प्रस्ताव भेज दिया है। जल्द ही भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए बजट जारी हो सकता है।

हल्द्वानी : अंतरराज्यीय बस अड्डे के शिलान्यास के दौरान परिवहन मंत्री नवप्रभात ने कहा कि जितनी भी नई बसें आ रही है उतनी ही खटारा बसें रिटायर की जा रही हैं। निगम के बेड़े में न्यू जेनरेशन की बसों को शामिल किया जाएगा। वहीं, जेएनएनयूआरएम बसों का प्राधिकरण नहीं बनने से यात्रियों को सुविधा नहीं मिलने पर उन्होंने कोई जानकारी होने से इन्कार कर दिया। कहा जल्द ही इस प्रकरण की जांच करा उचित व्यवस्था की जाएगी। हालांकि नवप्रभात ने रोडवेज में होने वाली नई योजनाओं के बारे में खुलासा नहीं किया, लेकिन इशारों में कह गए कि जल्द ही निजी सेक्टर के जरिये वाहनों का आधुनिकीकरण व बेहतर सुविधाएं देने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि वह दो हफ्तों में फिर हल्द्वानी आएंगे योजनाओं का शुभारंभ करेंगे।
