Job Responsibilities:

1. Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, and other telecommunications technologies.
2. Influences customers to join OCL services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
3. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
4. Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
5. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
6. Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification:
HS

Experience:
Min. 2+ Years as a Tele-Caller (Preferred in Insurance Sector)

Salary: INR 10,000.00 to INR 12,000.00 + Incentive

Language:
English, Hindi, Assamese and Bengali
