"Best food of Hanoi Vietnam"* 😋

`Best food of Hanoi: Pho, Bun Cha, Cha Ca & Egg Coffee! Street flavors, 1000yr history. Cheap, fresh, unforgettable!`

*Why Hanoi Food is the Best:*

*1. It’s history in a bowl*
Pho started here 100+ years ago. Bun Cha and Cha Ca are only _truly_ authentic in Hanoi. Every recipe has a story.

*2. Perfect balance*
Sweet, sour, salty, spicy, fresh herbs. Fish sauce + lime + chili = magic. Nothing feels too heavy.

*3. Street food culture*
$1-$3 per meal. Sit on plastic stools. Watch the city while you eat. The Old Quarter is basically one big open kitchen.

*4. Must-Try Top 4*
- *Pho*: Morning comfort. Hot broth wakes you up
- *Bun Cha*: Lunch king. Smoky pork + cold noodles
- *Cha Ca La Vong*: Dinner experience. Fish fried at your table
- *Egg Coffee*: Night dessert. Creamy + strong

*My take:*
Hanoi food isn’t fancy. It’s honest, fast, and bursting with flavor. You come for the sights, but you stay for the food.
