Our Inland Container Depot (ICD) in West Bengal, ๐ˆ๐‚๐ƒ ๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐š๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ซ (Port Code: INDUR6), was inaugurated in 2006.

Our Director and CEO, Mr. Pramod Kumar Srivastava had a vision to bring world-class logistics infrastructure to the hinterland region of West Bengal. This vision led to the creation of West Bengalโ€™s first ICD (also known as a '๐ƒ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ'), designed to provide exporters and importers across Burdwan, Birbhum, Jamuria, Mangalpur, Asansol, Purulia and neighboring regions of Jharkhand with easier access to port-linked EXIM operations.

Over the years, ICD Durgapur has grown into a key logistics gateway for the region. Today, it handles over 30,000 TEUs annually, made possible through the continued support of our valued clients, industry associates, vendor partners, port authorities, customs authorities, and our proud team of .

It was our pleasure to host the enthusiastic students of Dr B C Roy Academy of Professional Courses at our ICD Durgapur campus.

The students gained knowledge on how Inland Container Depot creates logistics efficiency for exporters and importers in the hinterland regions of the country. They also had a fruitful field visit where they received practical understanding of cargo handling and warehousing operations.

We had a great time interacting with the newly appointed officers of Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata at our ICD Durgapur this month! The students visited our premises as part of an industry training program by Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.

We had the privilege of welcoming Shri Vinayak Azaad, Principal Commissioner of Customs (Preventive) at our ICD Durgapur. Shri Azaad sir gave his valued time to understand our infrastructure and he also took a complete tour of the facilities.
