Himachal tragedy: Bodies of five students recovered
TRAVEL INDUSTRY GETTING INTO DARK BECAUSE OF COLLEGE/SCHOOL MANAGEMENT……….
Atleast now all the college management people should open their eyes and see, what happens without hiring a Tourism Company for this kind of industrial/Educational tours…
At least 24 students, including six girls, of the Engineering and Technology COLLEGE in Hyderabad were reported missing after strong currents in the mighty Beas River washed them away. Their chances of survival of the rest of them were bleak, officials said.
More than 60 students and faculty members were on an excursion to the picturesque tourist resort of Manali. Some of them were getting themselves photographed on the banks of the river in Thalaut area near the Hanogi Mata temple when they were reportedly washed away as the flow in the river suddenly increased.
The victims were travelling in two buses.The river was suddenly in spate with the release of water from a nearby hydropower project..officials said one of the bodies was recovered from Pandoh dam, some 20 km downstream, whose floodgates were closed after the accident.This had happened only because of some colleges not arranging the tours with professionals. If this tour is organized by any TRAVEL COMPANY , this TRAGEDY may NOT HAPPEN.
Many engineering colleges are not contacting any Travel Company to CONDUCTsuch Student industrial tour Programmes. COLLEGE MANAGEMENT themselves arranging for these kind of tours just to earn some money from the students out of these tours.Because of this not only yesterdays Tragedy, there are many KINDS OF events which caused very uncomfort for the students , and pain for the students took place IN THE PAST.Because of this money minded fellows( colleges / schools Management) who every time look for some or the other income from the students and their parents, the TOURISM INDUSTRY’S future is getting into DARK, and even the students and the parents are scared to send their children to EDUCATIONAL TOURS which is very important for the student future for PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE. At least now please CHANGE your thinking…….

TOURISM GUIDE /TOURISM COMPANIES THEY KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE GUESTS,HOW TO SATISFY THE GUESTS, HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE GUESTS & AS WELL AS ENVIRONMENT.TOURISM COMPANY PROFESSIONALS ARE WELL TRAINED IN THEIR PROFESSIONS TO MAKE THEIR GUESTS HAPPY.
PLEASE OBSERVE: IF WE FEEL SICK/UNHEALTHY WE GO TO THE DOCTOR , NOT TO THE ENGINEER….
