Under the IGL CSR programme, a skill development initiative for youth is being implemented by Samarth Yuva Foundation in collaboration with NYCS at the NYCS–SAMARTH Skill Development Centre, Muradnagar, Ghaziabad. As part of the programme, Pipe Fitter -Oil & Gas/City Gas Distribution trainees are receiving hands-on training to equip trainees with the necessary technical skills, safety knowledge, and industry-specific expertise to secure employment in the fabrication and construction sectors.

As part of the programme, Self Employed Tailor trainees are receiving hands-on training in equipping individuals with technical skills in the Tailoring Sector, altering, and repairing to run a small, independent tailoring business. During the meeting, discussions were held on NYCS initiatives aimed at increasing youth participation in the cooperative sector.
