3,000+ km | 30+ Days | 100+ Food Stories | 1 Nation
We’re hitting the road—from Amritsar to Kerala, on cycles—not just to test endurance, but to celebrate the real champions of our country: India’s Food Heroes.
Every single day, we’ll meet people who shape the way India eats—farmers, grandmothers, chefs, foragers, seed savers, and street vendors—whose passion and work preserve our culinary heritage and feed our future.
👉 Through this journey, we will document:
Sustainable farming practices
Indigenous ingredients and grains
Forgotten recipes and traditional cooking methods
Local food systems and women-led food entrepreneurship
The people behind everyday meals—often unseen, unheard, and underappreciated
🌟 WHY THIS JOURNEY MATTERS
In a time of fast food and fast lives, our aim is to slow down, listen, document, and amplify the voices of India’s food producers and preservers.
They are not just feeding our stomachs, but also safeguarding biodiversity, tradition, and dignity in food.
