The answer is YES! But it took a real lesson for us to perfect it. 💡

A customer once sent a 15 kg parcel of pickles. Because the inner packaging layer was too thin and the parcel got held up in customs, the covers burst and leaked, damaging the package. We took full responsibility, refunded the shipping cost, and found the ultimate solution! 🤝
