In the chaos of our daily lives and the fast-paced world we live in, one thing we often forget to prioritise is our health.

Good nutrition is not about following complicated diets. It is about giving our body the right nutrients, nourishment and care it needs every single day. A balanced diet supports our energy, immunity, strength and overall well-being.

Work, responsibilities and busy schedules will always be there. But our health deserves a place on that list too. This Nutrition Week, let’s make good nutrition a priority, no matter how busy life gets.

Eat well. Stay active. Stay positive. Take care of yourself and your loved ones.

Because a healthy life is a happier life. 💚

25 YEARS. ONE LEGACY. OUR CAPTAINS.

25 years of celebrating the people who keep NTC moving.

NTC Group celebrated its 25th Drivers Day – Silver Jubilee at Namakkal, graced by Mr. Madhubalan L., I.A.S., District Collector, Namakkal, as the Chief Guest.

The occasion was led by Dr. K. Chandramohan Kandasamy, Chairman, NTC Group, together with Directors Mr. Raaja Sundaram, Mr. Thillaiarasan Natarajan, Mr. S. Muthusamy and Mr. Jayasimman Sellappan, and the senior leadership team.

At NTC, our Drivers have always been more than drivers. We proudly call them our “Captains” — recognising the responsibility they carry, the journeys they undertake and their contribution to NTC’s growth.

As part of the Silver Jubilee celebration, long-serving Captains completing 20 and 25 years of service were honoured, with eligible Captains receiving ₹2 lakh cash awards as a token of recognition for their commitment and loyalty.

The celebration went beyond NTC, with the 2025–26 top-performing Class 10 and 12 students of Konur Government Higher Secondary School, Namakkal, being recognised and ID cards provided to all students.

For a quarter of a century, Drivers Day has stood for one belief — when our Captains and their families progress, NTC progresses with them.

Our Captains. Our Strength. Our Pride.
