Oooo Deck crew reported Start Valve Inoperative, No No No Problem !

Clear the Snag under MEL and Start the engine with Manual Sequence (Here the Engineer comes with a basic tool)

Insert the 3/8" Wrench
Open the Start Valve Manually
Signal the Pilot via Ground Headset Crew
Start Sequence, Starter gets Bleed Air from APU
Inject the Fuel, hold for self sustaining speed confirmation
Wait for successful start confirmation from deck crew
That's it !
