Job Title: Senior Service Engineer / Electrical
Location: Base Chennai
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform general electrical maintenance.
• Multiple areas centred around electric drives and motors including modelling and simulation, controls, finite element analysis and validation etc.
• Understand drive motor control algorithm for various motor types
• Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Manage on site installation, repair, maintenance & Problem resolution.
• To provide on-site technical support.
• Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or BE/BTech (Electrical) with minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience.
• Good communication skills
• Required Language- English, Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Must have knowledge of PLC Programming
• Must have knowledge of HMI.
• Experience in Load flow Analysis.
• Experience in Preparation of power Distribution System
• Able to work independently & in Team.
• Experience in installing machines
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Team player.

Job Location: Chennai
Experience: Min 1 years
Job Responsibilities:
• Proficiency in English & Hindi is must
• To prepare & Maintain quotations in specified format
• To manage margin claims and all related commercial queries
• To produce and proactively manage customer specific reports
• Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise
• Update on product information, pricing, and contract terms.
• Assist sales through calls and web-based presentations to maintain product positioning and strategies.
• To handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions.
• Follow up with all the Deals to push forward to the next progressive stage by educating the customers clearly with the Product info, Commercial terms and convert them into sales orders.
• Generate new potential leads from internet, Referrals from existing customers or Local Agents/Dealers and Push them into the Deal Stage.
• Get complete technical and commercial knowledge about the product and constantly learn on a daily basis to improve his/her skills related to the Sales, Marketing and Product.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Any Degree with minimum 1 year experience.
• Language: English & Hindi Must
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Must have hand on experience of dealing customers.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Good time management skills.
