Greetings from DTDC Nanganallur.
Dear all clients from 6 th July onwards our dtdc will going to operates all over india with certain terms and conditions.
Note:
1, The branch cut off time is 2.30 daily .so all clients should be handover the consignments to respective branches before 2.30.
2, we cannot commit the delivery times perfectly due to this covid situation bcoz of the most containment zones are increased and shortage of labours bcoz of government said 50 % of labours only to work in large companies.
3, If redzone or containment areas -customers have to collect the shipments from near branches. Other than containment zones it will be door delivered .
4. Both redzone or other than containment shipments may be get delayed in delivering .
5.No direct flight operations
From Chennai so it will be operated via Bangalore if we send air mode also it will take time to deliver the shipments .
6. So many states are in north and north east regions fully lockdown even tamilnadu also madurai is full lockdown so if once shipment are ready with you please confirm weather the pincode is serviceable with us before despatch.
7.we are trying to fulfill our customer needs in terms of on time and door delivery due to this pandemic situation it may get delayed .please do understand and cooperate kindly support us by providing continous business. Thanks in advance
