1. Farmer Producer Organization
FPO provides an opportunity to provide a sustainable, efficient environment to support the backbone of the agri-industry โ the farmers. We construct affiliations, uniting the small and marginal farmers, thus helping them assemble their own business undertaking with the help of agri-experts. The bigger picture of FPO focuses on effectively converting the hard work of our farmers into tangible enhancement in agricultural productivity and profitability.
2. Formulation of Micro Food Processing Enterprise
With the aim of tapping into the potential of micro-enterprises, and their upgradation and formalization, this centrally sponsored scheme strives to increase credit access, strengthen the supply chain, increase accessibility to common services, and promote research and training in the food processing sector.
3. Mega Food Park
Over an area of 100 acres in Ladhowal, Ludhiana, Punjab Agro Industries Corporation (a Punjab Government corporation) has developed a Mega Food Park. A Hub of modern infrastructure, the Mega Food Park provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to take advantage of these basic enabling and core processing facilities.
4. PunSeed
By employing CropInโs digital platform as traceability and streamlining solution, this project aims to provide total visibility and transparency across all processes and stages in PAGREXCO-produced seed production.
The implementation of this project will allow buyers to scan the unique QR codes and trace the origin of the seeds along with other information, hence creating a more transparent and systematic process.
