Parcels we received at Bomdila DTDC we are not responsible for delivering it to the customers because there is a misunderstanding in shipping charges and delivery charges. The amount that the customer pays to DTDC while sending parcels that amount is the shipping charge or shipping payment, which the DTDC office from where the customer booked the parcels will have that shipping payment and will not get any amount to the destination DTDC office for delivering it to the customers. Many social media sites sell products directly to the customers where they may have asked the customers to pay an extra 100-200Rs for shipping charges, these charges are often mistaken by the customers as delivery charges, and non of the courier services will receive 100-200Rs for delivering it to buyers. As a great example, Bomdila “Delhivery” and “Xpress Bees” services provide delivery to the consumers because on every shopping website before the payment process total amount is always written adding the delivery charges as well so Delhivery and Xpress Bees services are getting paid for delivering it to the customers and we DTDC Bomdila is not. Because we Courier services are on two different logistics programs. Accordingly, DTDC Bomdila requests all the denizens to collect or receive your parcels from the office.
