Safety becomes real when leadership turns intent into action.
At EXIM Logistics, our senior leadership—guided by the vision of Managing Director Himadri Pattanaik—identified a critical gap on ground: **drivers operating in high-risk industrial corridors without adequate PPE exposure**. The need was clear, and the response had to be immediate and impactful.
Aligned with this vision, we rolled out a focused Safety Campaign, distributing **1000+ PPE kits** (helmets, reflective jackets, and safety shoes) across key industrial regions:
📍 Gopalpur
📍 Angul
📍 Cuttack
📍 Talcher
📍 Sukinda Chromite Valley
Why this matters:
Industry insights indicate that a significant percentage of road and on-site incidents involving transport drivers are linked to **inadequate or improper use of PPE**.
* Lack of helmets increases risk of fatal head injuries
* Absence of reflective jackets reduces visibility, especially in night operations
* Improper footwear leads to frequent foot injuries in loading/unloading zones
Studies and safety audits across industrial logistics environments suggest that **up to 30–40% of minor-to-major driver injuries could be mitigated with proper PPE usage**.
This initiative is not just distribution—it is **risk reduction in action**.
By equipping our drivers, we are:
✔ Enhancing visibility and awareness
✔ Minimizing injury risks
✔ Strengthening a culture of safety across operations
Because for us, safety is not compliance—it is commitment.
**1000+ Drivers Protected. Countless Journeys Secured.**
