We normally travel independently, however, when planning our trip to Kerala it became evident that booking long distance trains required knowledge of the India train system.
Luckily we found Train Ticket Please. Raj went above and beyond what I would normally expect. He kept us informed of changes to departure times and even messaged to make sure we had found our seats. They also took care of internal flights when we headed back to Mumbai and got great prices for us.
