*PAN INDIA - CSP MITRA*

Age Range - 25 to 45 years
Qualification - Graduate passed in any stream
Experience - 2 years’ experience in the BFSI Industry
Knowledge language of local - Local Language /Read / Write / Speak English – Read / Write

Salary Structure for CSP Mitra- Rs.22,727/- CTC. All CTC Structure subjected to compliant with respective State Minimum Wages.

Travelling Allowances -
Rs. 200/- per successful visit to each CSP outlet as a Travelling allowance. (NOTE – Maximum TA per
CSP outlet per month is Rs. 200/- only even if visits to be outlet conducted are more than once in a Month)

Roles and Responsibilities CSP Mitra:
 Conduct of minimum Fifty (50) visit per month per CSP outlet

 To monitor activities at the CSP outlets
 Any other activity advised by the Bank regarding CSP visit / monitoring
