an introductory mountaineering expedition, rather than a simple trek.

πLocation- situated in Pir Panjal range of Himachal Pradesh
πββοΈ challenging 8 Nights 9-days expedition. Ideal for experienced trekkers looking for a high-altitude climb.
βοΈ season- it features snow-covered slopes and requires crampons and ice axes, especially from May to October.

π£Itinerary (detailed)
π’Day 1: Arrival in Manali (2,050m)
Briefing and equipment check. Use the evening to stroll through Old Manali for some light acclimatization.
π’Day 2: Manali to Dhundi (Drive) β Bakarthach (3,300m)

A scenic drive to Dhundi, followed by a 4β5 hour trek. Bakarthach is a beautiful alpine meadow where you'll get your first clear look at the surrounding peaks.
π’Day 3: Bakarthach to Lady Leg / Advance Base Camp (3,900m)
βThe climb gets steeper today as you move toward "Lady Leg," named for the shape of the ridge. Itβs a strenuous 3β4 hour ascent over moraine and scree.
π’Day 4: Acclimatization & Snow Craft Training - Crucial for "The Flying Eagle" safety standards! Practice using crampons, ice axes, and roping up on the nearby glacier. This is the "Climb High, Sleep Low" day.
π’Day 5: Load Ferry to Summit Camp (4,750m)
Carry essential gear to the higher camp and return to Lady Leg to sleep. This prepares your body for the thin air at the summit.
π’Day 6: Move to Summit Camp (4,750m)
A shorter 2β3 hour trek to settle into the high camp. Early dinner and sleep, as the "day" starts at midnight!
π’Day 7: Summit Push (5,289m) & Return to Lady Leg
Midnight Start: Aim to reach the summit by sunrise for 360Β° views of Hanuman Tibba and the Seven Sisters. The descent is long but rewarding.
π’Day 8: Lady Leg to Dhundi β Manali
A steep descent back to the road-head and a drive back to Manali.
