🔹 1️⃣ Empty Pickup from ICD
Container collected against line release. EIR issued. Moves to the factory.

🔹 2️⃣ Factory Stuffing & Sealing
Cargo stuffed, sealed, VGM confirmed. Ready for the export cycle.

🔹 3️⃣ Loaded Gate-In at ICD
Documents verified. Customs clearance initiated.
LEO granted after clearance.

🔹 4️⃣ Rail Rake Formation
Containers are yard-stacked until enough volume builds.
Rail operator plans rake movement.

🔹 5️⃣ Rail Movement to Port
Transit time: 1–4 days (route dependent).
Rail cut-off matters more than you think.

🔹 6️⃣ Port Rail Terminal Arrival
Container unloaded from rake. Terminal takes custody.

🔹 7️⃣ CY Stacking at Port
