Job Description:
AHA Oil Field Services is seeking an experienced and competent Field Engineer to support ongoing oil & gas field operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in production operations, field monitoring, and safety compliance within upstream oil & gas environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day oil & gas field operations and ensure smooth production activities
• Monitor well performance, pressure, temperature, and fluid parameters
• Coordinate with drilling, production, and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards
• Analyze production data and recommend optimization strategies
• Supervise field manpower and contractor activities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Troubleshoot field-related operational issues efficiently

Qualification:
• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Chemical or Petrochemical Engineering

Experience:
• Minimum 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in oil & gas field operations
• Experience in upstream/onshore fields will be preferred

Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of production systems and well operations
• Knowledge of pressure & temperature analysis
• Familiarity with field instrumentation and safety systems
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work in remote field locations
