Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing facility is located in over 25000 SQ FT on the Outskirts Industrial area of Ahmedabad. RP is equipped with the state of the art manufacturing facility to meet Indian and International standard. Modern technologies with hi tech ARC ( Auto Register Control) Printing , lamination and inspection machine to ensure gentle operation in various process of laminates manufacturing.
Printing Machine :-
One 8 Color high speed upto 250 meters per minute.
Two 8 Color high speed upto 200 meters per minute.
Auto Registration Control (ARC) with Web video
Lamination Machine :-
Three Solvent Base lamination with speed of 150 meters per minute.
Two Solvent less lamination with speed of 350 meters per minute.
Slitting Machine :-
Three high speed slitting of 400 meters per minute .
One high speed slitting of 350 meters per minute
Multi layered Film Plant:-
One 1500mm 3 layer PE film plant 250kg/hr
One 2200mm 3 layer PE film plant 350kg/hr
Pouching Machine :-
Nine high quality Pouching Machine .
Center seal , Side seal, Three side seal , six side seal,Stand up with zipper,D-cut , Gusset pouching can be done in it.
Inspection Machine :-
Three high speed inspection machine with speed of 350 meters per minute.

Our laminates are of high quality standards and it being strictly tested with a complete traceability system to ensure the efficiency and other parameters from conceptualization. The company always uses the high quality raw materials for manufacturing and has to go through stern testing process before putting in to use.
