Scheduled for Aug 1-2 (Its a Friendship Day), Friendship Jaunt is a 2-day trip to Rajmachi, which is a popular Trekking destination located near two famous hill stations Lonavala and Khanadala. In rainy season, the 15 km trekking distance from Lonavala to Rajmachi don its best shade of green. Trek through the mist-clad, silvery wa
ter falls, smell the freshness of moist earth, and enjoy heaven-like streams and meadows. Hundreds of crabs cross your path on the way. If you are walking near dusk or dawn time then you can see lot of fireflies twinkling around you. While you sleep in a village house rains drops creates a thundering noise on the roof. Passing through 2 forts, namely Shrivardhan fort and Manaranjan Fort, there is a base village at the top where you can relish the ethnic delicacies, music, bonfire and mountain living. Event Details are as Follows:
Starting Point: SG Highway, Ahmedabad. Schedule: The trip will start on 31st July 2015 Friday Night by 8:00 pm and ends on the 3rd August 2015 Monday morning by 9:00 am. We will Provide:
- Transportation: AC semi-sleeper Bus (AHM-Lonavala-AHM).
- Accommodation: Basic accommodation, full sharing basis, in hotel & village of Rajmachi.
- All meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Refreshment, Dinner & Energy pack for trek) Basic local veg. & Non Veg(egg) food will be served.
- Its a Trekking trip in Rainy season. (Keep Luggage less pls)
Location: Lonavala & Rajmachi. Stuff Required:
- Please Carry water proof backpack, raincoat/windcheater, blanket & plastic bag for your valuables.
- Clothes which can cover you from rain & forest.
- Torch, shoes and other of body protectors as per your need. Attractions:
