IES Group is a fast growing investments and holdings group. IES Holdings Ltd is publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with major interests in Real Estate - both in Israel and abroad, Industry and other segments. I.E.S Holding focuses on 4 major activities:

Real Estate: The company owns 100% of 300,000 Sqm in the industrial park of Palmachim Located along the sea in the center of Israel,

used for industry, logistics, sea water desalinization and enjoys high capacity and constantly increasing rents. The company leases approximately 40,000 Sqm to Sea Water Desalinization until 2030. Currently the rent is originated mainly from using open land for mid-term period (except the desalination project which is leased for long-term) while preparing a master plan for future developments. Industry: Spancrete Palmahim is one of Israel’s leading manufacturers of pre-cast concrete products for the construction industry. The company enjoys an increase in sale price of its products. Energy: IES is initiating a 400-megawatt gas power station in Palmachim at an estimated cost of NIS 1.9 billion. The companies awaits regulatory approval. Aviation: The IES group is developing Airpark - a site for the storage and maintenance of aircrafts. The city zoning plans have already been approved and the company works to complete the required processes for the allocation from the Israeli government of 1,100,000 Sqm land plot for the project. Further plans and developments: As rapidly growing investment and holding group, IES is constantly looking to expand its portfolio investment in Israel and internationally in various segments.
