We are expecting a busy weekend ahead following the easing of government restrictions.

Please use the forest car park which will be open from 9am on the weekends. Please do not park on the approach roads and grass verges.

Due to Level 5 Covid19 restrictions we're going to have to close up in Ballinastoe. It's just not viable for us to operate at this time.

The trails will remain open to those within 5km of course.

We'll be working hard in the background and looking forward to seeing you all soon!!

We've added some extra signage to highlight the mountain bike trails. Please don't walk or run on these trails, mountain bikers travelling at high speed are not expecting to meet other users.

The trails are narrow and fast, designed to be ridden on bikes in one direction and it is unsafe to have mixed user groups on them.

This isn't a licence to shout at anyone you meet walking a trail though, let's all be polite, ride within your limits, expect the unexpected and let's all continue to get along 🥰

The best purpose built trail on the Island, bar none. It's got flow, natural dirt, flow, rock, flow, rollers... Did we mention flow? Oh and its free thanks to Coillte!

We are open and renting bikes in Ballinastoe and Ticknock on bank holiday Monday. Bikes are bookable online and the weather is looking sweet! Can't wait to see you out on the trails 😎
