Last month, Gainjet Ireland successfully completed a complex intercontinental ferry operation, repositioning an ATR-72 (F-OZNO) from New Caledonia in the South Pacific to Idaho, USA — spanning oceans, continents, airspaces and time zones.

Over the course of the mission, the aircraft operated through:

This journey crossed Asia-Pacific, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe (stopping at Cork Airport) , the North Atlantic, the Canadian Arctic and North America, requiring meticulous planning at every stage.
