The Rev For Trev Memorial Run takes place on May 14th with registration from 12 Midday at Mountrath Mart County Laois with event getting underway at 2pm sharp.
€20 entry fee with all monies raised going to Jigsaw Alzheimers Society of Ireland, Drimnagh and Teac Tom.

Fantastic day out in Fior Bhia Farm Portlaoise yesterday where Brendan Guinan looks after organic, forest-raised animals.

Chef Sam Moody cooked a delicious menu with locally sourced ingredients including meat from the farm, Garryhinch Wood Exotic Mushrooms mushrooms, Mueller & O' Connell Bakery sourdough bread, The red shed organic farm and nursery veg, The Village Dairy milk and Corrig Hill Coffee coffee.

Best of luck to Sam with Bramley's, his new restaurant opening in Abbeyleix very soon. If this meal is anything to go by, it will be a great success.
