We’re Back with another !!!!!!
We’ll be hosting our 3rd Charity Qub Piz of the Year on Friday the 23rd of August supporting 2 more fabulous charities Navan Educate Together National School and Youth Work Ireland Meath ❤️
Let us tell you a bit about our chosen charities and why they deserve your support 💕
Navan Educate Together, situated on the periphery of Navan, has observed a raising interest in basketball among its students over the past few years, fostered by the guidance of coaches and educators. The students take great pleasure in participating in inter-school competitions within the Meath area. However, escalating transportation costs have adversely affected their ability to engage in these events, leading to missed opportunities for the students. The well-being of the children remains a paramount concern, and any funds raised will be allocated to transportation expenses and ongoing events, thereby supporting the children's development and well-being through sports.
Youth Work Ireland Meath was established in 1989. They have a network of youth clubs affiliated from across the county and also have a network of community youth programmes. We are committed to ensuring the provision of a quality youth service in Meath. We support the development of youth clubs and programmes across County Meath and provide training for young people and volunteers. Our Mission is to support our young people and volunteers to create social and educational activities that are fun and constructive for their future and the future of their communities. Our Vision is
that the young people of Meath lead meaningful lives and participate as valued members of their community.
So come along on Friday the 23rd of August and help us support these brilliant charities.
As always all funds raised on the night go directly to the charities. Qub Piz is a 100% voluntary group who do this in their spare time ☺️
