*Items require a deposit/payment when ordering due to some item Personalisation of products.
*All items are individually personalised and
designed by O'D Crafts.
*Unfortunately no refunds can be given on
personalised items BUT Human errors can occur so if there is a mistake on an item, on my part, please contact me ASAP and I will r

ectify it.
*Payments by PayPal, Revoult or Cash in person. Deposit secures any item for 7days (sale or original price)
*Orders cannot be started until full payment has cleared.
*Delivery by Courier/ an Post Available anywhere at customer cost (no liability accepted for unregistered post if undelivered)
*Orders will be normally dispatched within 4-5 days of payment being received. When collection of item at an arranged time and date all covid guide lines must be followed to ensure safety for us all.
*Please check all details are correct when
ordering as mistakes cannot be rectified.
