I chose not to accept invitations for Thanksgiving and not to plan Christmas celebrations by the Western calendar this year. Instead, I chose to work on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It was the first time I’ve ever done that. An experiment sort of. I’m breaking lots of patterns and focusing in new ways. I’m curious and excited to see what the results will be.
