Lasta Forwarding Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Transport Planner to join our growing logistics team.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in transport planning or a similar logistics role
✅ Strong organisational and communication skills
✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
✅ Good knowledge of transport planning systems and Microsoft Office
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅ HGV Licence required
Key Responsibilities:
🚚 Plan and coordinate daily transport operations
🚚 Schedule drivers and vehicles efficiently
🚚 Monitor deliveries and resolve transport issues
🚚 Provide relief driving cover during holidays and staff absences
🚚 Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company procedures
🚚 Liaise with drivers, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
