A new Trader Support Service (TSS) platform is coming for businesses moving goods between Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Key dates to remember:
📅 20 October – New platform goes live
📅 30 November – Current platform closes

Now is the time to get prepared. Make sure you:

Pre-enrol on the new platform

Review user access and company information

Download any data you need

Close outstanding supplementary declarations

Don't leave it until the last minute. Make sure your business is ready for the changeover.

Important Customer Notice – Dublin Port

Due to industrial action, SPS inspections of food, plants and animals at Irish Border Control Posts will not be completed on Wednesday, 14 October 2026, from 00:01 to 23:59.

Goods subject to these controls will not be released on the day, and delays to shipments and deliveries may occur.

Customers are advised to plan ahead and consider alternative arrangements where necessary.
