If you are travelling from Dublin and would like a safe, reliable journey home after the festival, we strongly encourage you to arrange your transport in advance.

As Festival Mná takes place outside Dublin, all journeys must be PRE-BOOKED.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all bookings to enable us to coordinate and dispatch drivers to the event location.

Availability cannot be guaranteed for same-day requests.

LadyCab has launched a recruitment campaign in Cork to support flexible opportunities in Ireland's taxi industry.

The service is aimed at improving safety for women and is inviting the public to attend a special recruitment and information event on the 18th June at the Intreo Centre in Cork City.

We are delighted to be featured by Dublin Inquirer as part of an important discussion with Mums Hub about helping more parents return to work through flexible employment opportunities.

LadyCab has committed to exploring flexible driving opportunities that can work around school and preschool schedules, making it easier for mums and parents to earn an income while still prioritising family life.

Many talented people are excluded from traditional employment simply because working hours don’t fit around childcare.

We believe there is a better way.

🚖⚠️ PUBLIC AWARENESS NOTICE ⚠️
Following the recent prosecutions of illegal taxi operators across Ireland, LadyCab is launching a public awareness campaign to encourage passengers to choose licensed, vetted and insured transport services.

We understand that finding a taxi can sometimes be difficult, particularly late at night or in rural areas. However, accepting a journey from an unlicensed operator can expose passengers to significant risks.

Before entering any vehicle, ask yourself:

✅ Is the driver licensed?
✅ Is the vehicle licensed?
✅ Is the journey insured?
✅ Is there accountability if something goes wrong?

If you are struggling to secure a taxi, we encourage passengers to pre-book where possible rather than taking unnecessary risks.

The recent enforcement actions across the country demonstrate the importance of maintaining high standards within the transport industry. We commend the efforts of authorities working to protect passengers and uphold professional standards.

At the same time, these cases highlight a growing challenge: access to reliable transport services in some rural communities.

This is one of the reasons LadyCab is actively exploring future expansion into underserved and rural areas, helping to ensure that passengers have access to safe, professional and trusted transport when they need it most.

A fantastic evening yesterday at our LadyCab Driver Meeting at Gourmet Restaurant in Santry.

The meeting gave us an opportunity to connect with existing drivers and welcome several new drivers who have recently joined the fleet.

We covered a wide range of topics including:

✅ New app features and driver support
✅ Upcoming bonuses and benefits
✅ Exciting partnerships currently being developed
✅ Future LadyCab Limo uniforms
✅ Best practices and operational guidance
✅ Questions, feedback, and ideas from drivers

We were also delighted to introduce Martin, our new Compliance Inspector (although he strongly prefers “The Cab Checker” 😊).

What makes these meetings valuable is the opportunity to listen. The feedback, ideas, and experience shared by our drivers help shape the future of LadyCab as we continue to grow.

We are delighted to be featured as an employment pathway partner on the newly launched Mums Hub platform.

Mums Hub has created an incredible space connecting mothers with opportunities, support, education, training, and pathways back into employment and self-employment.

At LadyCab, our mission goes beyond transportation. We are building opportunities for women to earn flexibly, safely, and independently while balancing family commitments.

Through our developing LadyCab Affiliation Programme, we are exploring how we can support mums interested in flexible self-employment opportunities within the transport sector by providing guidance, mentoring, and practical support along the way.
